Member of the public concerned that medical students were causing
disruption on trains as "scantily dressed young men rushed on to the
platform, pulled down their shorts and pants, exposing their buttocks,
and did press-ups on the platform before rushing back on to the
train".
Patient concerned about low staffing levels and felt this had a knock
on effect on the level of care that could be offered and the general
cleanliness of the ward.
Patient concerned her notes where missing whilst an inpatient and
when they were found they contained incorrect information
