The CEO is accountable for ensuring the organisation is compliant with
legislation
The central complaint is responsible for:
ensuring the Trust is compliant with NHS Complaints regulations
ensuring appropriate processes and systems are in place for managing
complaints effectively
providing managers and staff with training in complaints handling
advising on how best to deal with individual or complex complaints
providing the Trust with an overview on how well we are dealing with
complaints by monitoring and reporting on performance
