Purposes of fire drills
To allow the people using the building to evacuate it quickly and
calmly
To make sure that those people responsible for carrying out
particular duties( fire evacuation wardens) have an opportunity to
practise their role
To allow the people using the building to escape in line with a well
rehearsed plan
There should be a fire drill performed at least one per year.
