1 Insertion site looks clean.
2 Dressing covers insertion site and surrounding area. There is no
collection of blood, fluid or air pocket under the dressing. Fully intact
- Do not routinely replace dressing even if outer edges are slightly
loose. The PRIORITY is that the insertion site is protected and not
