Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) - Ian Walker

The Trust's SIRO is responsible for:

Overseeing all aspects of information governance, promoting a

culture that fosters good values in protecting and using

information.

Ensuring that the Trust's approach to information risk is effective

in terms of resources, commitment and execution and that this is

communicated to all staff.

Ensuring the Trust Board is adequately briefed on information risk

issues regularly.
