Dignity at Work Charter
 
  • Created in order to promote and encourage positive and
  • supportive behaviour at work.

  • The Charter sets out the rights, responsibilities and
  • expectations of all Barts Health Staff employed by the Trust in
  • relation to a number of areas such as health & well being,
  • safety at work, communication, respect and accountability.
    •  
  • Volunteers trained as Dignity at Work Advocates will be
  • available for all members of staff to talk to.
