Stage 1 - Speak or write to your line manager (or HR Director)
outlining why you are concerned. They will investigate the claim
and notify you of any outcomes.
Stage 2 - If the matter remains unresolved refer you concern to
the HR Director. They will nominate someone to investigate the
claim and notify you of any outcomes.
Stage 3 - If the matters remains unresolved, refer your concern to
the Chief Executive. They will nominate someone to investigate
the claim and notify you of any outcomes.
External disclosure to prescribed regulatory bodies- Eg. Dept
of Health, Counter Fraud Services, Audit Commission, Healthcare
