This course will explore the principles of Restorative Just and Learning Culture Training and examine how they can enhance our work across NHS Barts Health. We will consider the origins of these concepts and discuss their practical application in everyday workplace scenarios, including interactions with colleagues and patients. In addition, we will reflect on how adopting a restorative and just culture can support our development as a learning organisation.
